Engels recept voor gistvrij brood(soda brood)


Yeast-free bread is very easy and quick to make.

You need white flour (the softest you can get), water, salt and soda podwer
(just a pinch). The dough shouldn't be to soft, a bit like pizza. In fact I
spread it out in a kind of pitta bread to keep it soft. And it only takes
10-15 m to bake in this way.
I started off with rolls but they were either undercooked or rock hard.
That's why I switched onto the pitta shape.
